'My Iranian Girl' - Rouz (track review)

Whilst the sentiment is nice, 'My Iranian Girl' by Rouz is a pretty weak track. Rouz hasn't really grasped the whole 'rapping' thing, which is a shame for a rapper. His lyrics are simple and he struggles to make them fit the beat. The sung chorus from Darren matches the poppy beat but it's all just a little too cloying - this isn't one I'll be spinning again.

The remix features XCES who is a better rapper with a more engaging voice and more interesting, clever lyrics ("If we cut a rug I guarantee it'll be Persian").
